Computer & IT problems fixed in 3 easy steps

Book

TechExpert 2U starts off with booking an initial phone consultation to get an outline of the problem and how it came about.  Once we have all the necessary information you'll be offered an available appointment that suits you.

Investigate

At the arranged date and time your Tech Expert will arrive onsite to further investigate the issue with a view to fixing the problem. 

Fix

Each appointment is scheduled to last up to 2 hours, giving plenty of time for your Tech Expert to understand and, all being well, fix the problem. However, if the issue proves to be more complex, thats not a problem. If, after the initial 2 hours, the issue hasn't been resolved your Tech Expert will dicuss with you the next steps and the options available.

  • What kind of problems can you fix?

    Poor WiFi performance, computer is not starting, malware infections & much more. Get in touch to find out!

  • What if it takes longer than two hours?

    Sometimes, computer problems can prove to be very complex and may require more more time or specialist tools or software to complete the work. 


    In our experience if the problem cannot be fixed within 2 hour it's likely there is something more significantly wrong with computer requiring it to be brought to our service center. In the event of this happening you will be requoted for the appropriate service instead of being charged for the TechAssist 2U service.

  • Is there any warranty?

    We strive on every occassion to ensure the problem is fixed first time. But sometimes for unexpected reasons it can reoccur. If the same issue happens within 7 days of the original we'll arrange another appoitment at no extra cost.
