Getting your computer to us
Drop off
On the TechAssure product page, in our store. Make sure to select 'Drop off' from the options section.
After completing the purchase an email will be sent providing details of our service centre and how to get there.
Courier collection & redelivery
On the TechAssure product page, in our store. Make sure to select 'Courier' from the options section. A protective pre-paid box will be dispatched to you.
When the pre-paid box arrives, package up the computer and return back to our service centre.
Once the computer is delivered to our service centre we'll confirm its arrival and carry out the TechAssure service
Once the service has been completed the computer will be boxed back up, again using one of our protective boxes and dispatched back to you.
Tech Expert collection (BN areas only)
On the TechAssure product page, in our store. Make sure to select 'Tech Expert' from the options section. .
On receiving your order one of the team will give you a call to arrange a suitable day and time to come and collect the computer.
Once the service has been completed, we'll again call and arrange a suitable time to redeliver the computer.
